CONCEPT OF PAKISTAN
When we try to understand Allama Iqbal?s concept of Pakistan we find that he does not talk about these four or five provinces. He actually wanted to start from these provinces and the present Pakistan. Rather he says that every country of the world is my country because in the kingdom of God and on his earth every country is the country of the followers of God Almighty:
Every country which is the country of my God is my country
Allama Iqbal’s dream did not suffice with the present Pakistan only and he never said that there is one Pakistan only or the limits of the Muslim state end within the boundaries of Pakistan. Allama Iqbal on the other hand says that you are a Muslim and the whole world is your possession. In addition to this he also advised Muslims to attain competence in space science. But alas that our Muslim brothers could not manage even one Pakistan and it was dismembered into two parts and this left over Pakistan is also a problem for the Muslims.
If every Pakistani adopts Allama Iqbal?s thought and tries to understand the meaning of his concept then he will create in himself determination to make whole world as Pakistan. But for that one will have to enlarge the sphere of his thought and widen the realm of his mind and heart. For this he will have to be above the consideration of his own subsistence, his monthly expenditure and building his own house. For the last 54 years we are experiencing the results of self-aggrandisement. We are facing a perpetual chaos and an exercise in futility. Every one, who comes, repeats the same clich
